Shipping policy

Delivery
Standard shipping is a flat rates of:

Courier 2 days (non-signature, non rural) - $7.50 NZD
Courier 2 days (signature required, non rural) - $9.50 NZD
Rural Courier 3 days (non-signature) - $12.00 NZD
Rural Courier 3 days (signature required) - $16.00 NZD
Spend over $60.00 - Free Shipping

How long does standard delivery take?
Items are shipped Monday - Friday and are collected from our courier the following business day. For example, if you place your order Friday, our courier will collect it Monday.

Shipping to the North Island takes 1-2 business days, and to the South Island takes 2-3 business days. For rural locations or orders please allow for an additional 2 business days.

Please note that if there is a public holiday, your order will be shipped on the next available business day.

How do I track my delivery?
Once your item has been shipped you will receive an email from us with your tracking details. If you haven't received this, please check your junk mail. If you need to get in contact with us about the whereabouts of your order, please email: lunarbellegems@gmail.com

Do you ship internationally?
We currently do not offer shipping internationally. We may look into this in the future! 

I've received my order but there is an issue, what do I do?
Please email lunarbellegems@gmail.com with information and/or images detailing the issue and Lou, will be in touch! 

Why can't I choose express shipping in the checkout?
Only standard shipping is available in New Zealand.

Can I change my delivery address after I've ordered?
As soon as your purchase is complete we begin the handling and packing process so we can get your items to you in a timely manner. If you have provided an incorrect or incomplete delivery address please email us at lunarbellegems@gmail.com or message us on Facebook - we will do our best to assist where your order has not already been dispatched.
