Returns and Refunds
Due to hygiene purposes, we do not accept returns.

If you have however, received a faulty product we will do our best to amend this! We will ask for photos of the product(s) so we can forward these onto suppliers/couriers as proof. We will then provide you with the following options:

  • We replace the product(s) if available in stock, or if we cannot do this:
  • Issue you a store credit. This will be minus the $1.00 donation per earring set ordered, that has been donated to the Women's Refuge. 

  • Issue a refund. If a refund is opted then this can take up to 5 business days to process, depending on what bank you are with. 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right! Our email address is: lunarbellegems@gmail.com

Gift cards
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
